Jeff Webber argues in his new article “Bolivia’s Reconstituted Neoliberalism” that “on both the right and the left internationally, hyperbole has often substituted for serious reflection and analysis of the Bolivian scenario.” Jeff has written two books on Bolivia (Red October: Left-Indigenous Struggles in Modern Bolivia (which will be published later this year) and From Rebellion to Reform in Bolivia: Class Struggle, Indigenous Liberation, and the Politics of Evo Morales (to be published next year) and is a former editor of New Socialist. Read “Bolivia’s Reconstituted Neoliberalism” in the latest issue of ISR here.
By chance in the same issue of ISR there are two other contributions by New Socialist Group supporters, David McNally and Sebastian Lamb, but they’re not yet available online.
